When Will My Items Be Delivered ?

Once payment has been confirmed via our current payment providers Worldpay the order will be processed. A majority of orders placed prior to 2.00 pm are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail First Class . Our normal delivery is within 3 - 7 working days. Your order should be with you within 7 working days (subject to availability) and in many cases will be much faster than that.

We will email you if there are either unforeseen delays or if we will not have the stock within a week

What happens if the toy I have ordered isn't in stock?

Our website is updated every day to reflect what we have in stock each day. Occassionally, we may not have enough of one product to satisfy your order - in such circumstances we will contact you so that you can choose to: have your money refunded; put the item on order; or order an alternative toy.

Do You Ship To Locations Outside The Mainland UK?

This site will shortly be amended to ensure delivery of our products is available across europe and the USA. Should you reside in or wish items to be delivered outside of the UK please contact us we will be happy to oblige.

How Can I Pay ?

Payment can be made via credit card using Worldpay's secure site. You will have the option when you have completed shopping and click on the checkout button located at the top of each page.

Are My Credit Card Details Secure ?

We never get to see or handle your credit card information, all processing is handled with the utmost security via Worldpay's secure processing servers. Once they have confirmed the payment only the details of the transaction required to complete your order namely the delivery address and the order details in terms of required products are received.

What Do You Do With My Details ?

Once we have processed your order your details are retained for 30 days to ensure any returns process can be handled efficiently. Once this period has passed only the product order details are retained for accounting purposes.

We do not send email marketing messages unless you request us to. We do not under any circumstances pass or trade your details with any other companies.

What If I Want To Return An Item ?

In the unlikely event that the products you receive do not meet your expectations you may return them to us at your own expense for a full refund providing this is done within 7 days of receipt.

The products unless defective must be returned in their original unused condition and within their unopened packaging.

To make arrangements to return your goods please contact us for further instructions.

Defective Products

Our stringent checks should ensure that you receive your products in perfect working order, in the unlikely event that a defective product is received please contact us immediately so that it may be replaced and to arrange the return of the defective item.
